About
We grow 9 varieties of cider apples in our 15 ha orchard and these are the only apples that make up our products. We pick them only at maturity which requires several passes under each tree. We planted each of these apple trees ourselves from 1994 to 1996.

Bottle thanks to sjogro. Almost clear darker golden. Sweet crisp apple, soft tobacco, apple pie, woody, light seaweed. Medium sweet, light bitter. Over medium bodied, just medium dry. Nice.

Clear golden. Sweet applejuice, a bit syruppy, sticky, lots of peels, tannins, so easy going, sweet and juicy, and little carbonation, I wonder if the bottle fermentation actually succeeded. Regardless it’s a fantastic taste. Sweet, tart, massive tannins.
