About
Since we started in 2015, we wanted to build an independent, modern brewery in our beloved city of Berlin. But building a buisness is difficult, so we started as contract brewers and brew our core assortment in the Hohenthanner Schlossbrauerei. Now, we count the days till we can brew all of our beers in our own production brewery close to the Berlin S-bahn in Neukölln. Follow us on Instagram and Facebook for regular updates!

Bottle. Deep gold with a thin head. Aroma is grainy malt. Flavour is spicy grain, spice on the palate.

33cl bottle. Pours slightly hazy orange golden colour with a mid-sized off-white head. Aroma of mild hops, yeast and grain. Taste of mild bitter hops, zest, citrus, grain, good stuff!

* Von Bierfeinkost, Münster. Schön würzig-grasiges Bier. Florale Töne mit malziger Würze, nicht zu süß, schön ausgewogen floral mit moderater Herbe im Nachgeschmack. Lecker!

* Von Bierfeinkost, Münster. Intensiv würzig-florales Bier. Fruchtige Hopfenaromen, sehr intensiv grasiger Hopfen mit einer moderaten Bitternote. Toll!

Hopfiger, deutlich herber Antrunk. Frisch, steigend herb mit trockenen Bitternoten. Die Bitterkeit steigt dann deutlich an, die Hopfigkeit sinkt. Mittelstarke Würzigkeit, süffig, pilsartig. Grasig bitterer Ausklang. 9/9/7/9/6/9

33cl bottle. Pours slightly hazy deep golden colour with a huge most good lasting white head. aroma of frutiy hops, citrus, lemon, toasted malt. taste is decent hoppy, dry, apricots, citrus, mild bitter finish.

(Draught at Hopfenreich, Berlin, 18 July 2015) Golden amber colour with frothy, white head. Fruity, malty nose with canned peaches, grainy malt and grass. Fruity, malty taste with notes of canned fruit, peaches, orange and a gentle grassy bitterness. Medium body, with a certain sweetness. Tasty, but on the sweet and fruity side of saison. Quite nice.

Tap@Hopfenreich, Berlin - medium fuzzy orange pour with white head. Fruity and floral grassy hoppy aroma and taste, yeasts, zesty citrus lemony notes, floral nuances, light palate, dry fruity finish. Decent.
