12 oz. can. Pours black, with a pretty big, frothy, tan head. The aroma is dark chocolate, with some coffee, brown sugar, and pecans. Sweet and malty, with a good, drying bitterness. Light to medium body, with a dusty, malty palate. This is a quality stout.

12 oz. can. Pours an opaque, dull, straw color, with a big, bubbly, white head. The aroma is apricot, caramel, pine sap, and hay barn. Dry and dusty, with a dull, resinous bitterness. Light to medium body, with a light acidity. This IPA is a little weak and strangely sugary. Fair.

This brew is a dark brown color with a medium light beige head that diminishes gradually to a film. Partial rings of lacing on the glass. Aroma of roast malt, chocolate and hops. Light to medium body with flavors of chocolate malt, coffee and earthy hops. The finish is roasty with a malt and coffee aftertaste. Decent overall.

On tap @ the brewery. Murky dark orange appearance with an off white head. Veggie, fruity, toasted malty, citrusy nose. Twangy berry flavor. Some apple. Quite herbal. Pass.

On tap @ the brewery. Dark brown appearance with a dark brown head. Very roasty, dark chocolate, earthy aroma. Medium full body. A little milky. Coconut, milk sugar, milk chocolate flavor. Maybe the best beer here.

On tap @ the brewery. Pretty clear golden orange with an off white head. Honey, orange blossom, citrus aroma with some corn. Moderate high sweetness. A little herbal, twangy, and grassy. Quite a bit of honey. Not awful.

On tap @ the brewery. Hazy golden appearance with a white. Guava, tropical fruit, celery, lemon, spicy hops in the nose. A little sweet and goopy. Candy flavor, high sweetness, mild chemical. Like acetone crossed with DDT. Not good.
