(bottle) Clear, golden colour with a mid-sized foamy white head. Slightly sweet and soft grainy and slightly milky malty nose with shy notes of hops. Light-bitter flavour with a sourish (non-infected) touch. Malt-accented, slightly grainy taste with traces of hoppy spice; bitter and slightly sour doughy finish. Not overly interesting Lager. 24.IX.08

Bottle. Grapes or currants and honey aroma. Strong, malty and somewhat sweet flavor, much very good hopping, so it is very evenly balanced, much more so than normal Austrian bocks. Quite dry and very nice indeed.

Bottle. Corn syrup and barley malt aroma - not very pleasant. Pale yellow color with small head. Slightly sweet barley malt flavor with mild grassy hops finish. Thankfully tastes better than it smells but still not very good.

Bottle (labelled as Fohrenburger Weizen, 5.2% alcohol). Sour milk, orange, peach, and wheat malt aroma. Cloudy orange-yellow color with small head. Moderately sweet orange, peach and wheat malt flavor with a light clove finish - excellent blending. An excellent Weizen.
