Sample, thanks oh6gdx! Hazy golden, mid sized head. Generous aroma of mango and passionfruit. Mid sweet with above medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Fruity with mango, passionfruit and orange. Low bitterness.

Poured light golden/straw color.
Nice hoppy flavors, light, soft, citrusy. Clean, crushable brew.
Piney aroma,when poured.Not quite clear.
Citrus,berries, some pineapple.
Medium bitterness and body.

Fresh, light, junipery, light yeasty. A very light Sahti. Very drinkable though.

Loads of raspberry, hints of licorice and earthiness, farmyardy yeastiness and bready juniper sahti notes. A bit unbalanced and weird but fun experiment. --- Beer aliased from original tick of Soft Serve Ei Sahti on 19 Jul 2025 at 18:47 - Score: 7. Original review text: I guess there are faint hints of sahti in the finish, but mostly it's just ice cream with hints of raspberries and licorice.

Hazy pale yellow colour, small white head. Sour aroma has grapefruit and some tropical fruits. Light-bodied. Crisp, sour, fruity, lemony, pale malty, even juicy. Ok in its genre.
