Bottle from Systembolaget, e-order in June 2016. Hazy light amber with a medium head. Aroma of bread and some yeast. Similar taste, also some fruit amd bread. The body was medium and the bitterness fairly low.

Bottled, from Systembolaget. Very dark brown, rich firm head. Aroma of chocolate pudding with a touch of licorice. Mid sweet with medium body and soft, cushiony mouthfeel. Wood, chocolate and caramel. Gentle and harmonious with slight bitterness. An excellent beer in the borderlines between porter and brown ale

Bottled, from Systembolaget. Cloudy amber, small head. Phenolic nose with rye bread. Mid sweet with above medium body and well rounded mouthfeel. Peppery bubblegum, rye bread with notes of banana and hay. Mid bitter finish. Soulful with deep character. Experimental, yet rustic and well balanced. Qvänum is in my eyes cementing their reputation as one of the most interesting breweries anywhere.

Bottle from Systembolaget from 2013. Pitch black with no head. Chocolatey aroma with bourbon, fudge and vanilla. Similar taste, big chocolate notes. Slightly woody, boozy finish.
