Bottle at PBFX. Dark brown color, tiny off-white head. Aroma has wood, malts and some light notes of bourbon. Medium-bodied. Soft, even thin. Some vanilla, caramel, bourbon then light toastyness. Very balanced, mellow and drinkable although simplish.

Bottled at Petalax Beer Festival. Dark brown, brief head. Tobacco, earth and licorice up front. Mid sweet with medium-full body and soft mouthfeel. Velvetty and earthy, mild notes of whisky. Mellow with dark chocolate and licorice. Mildly warming finish. Rich, yet exceptionally harmonious. Excellent!

Draft @ Spritmuseums Ölbrygga, Stockholm. Pours a hazy golden pale orange color with a small white head. Has a fruity malty weak hoppy caramel aroma. Fruity malty caramel hoppy weak yeasty flavor. Has a fruity malty caramel hoppy finish.

Draught @ Tullen Lejonet during RBScSG. Pours very hazy tiny burnt yellow with a frothy and creamy offwhite head that leaves some sparse trace on the glass while dissipating. Smell is malty, tiny fruity and slightly spicy with wheat crackers, apricots, peaches, hay, coriander, white pepper corns and lemon zest. Taste is tiny sweet, very tiny sour, slightly bitter, malty, slightly fruity and slightly spicy. Mouthfeel is slightly crisp, astringent and light to medium bodied. Finish is slightly bitter with wheat crackers, apricots, hay, coriander, pepper corns and lemon zest.
