Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, burnt, coal, watery - thin. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a long duration, roasted, vegetable, coffee, dry. On tap. Pours a cloudy opaque golden with a creamy white head. Tart, fruity nose with a distinct yeastiness. Light body, very dominated by the yeast - think Belgian Wit just with a more distinct tartness. Soft mouthfeel. No actual bitterness - more sort of an orangey tartness. 200412

On tap at Bryggerifestival at Malmö Brygghus, April 2012. Black with a small tan head. This beer was a nice suprise. Not heavy by any means but pleasantly drinkable. A lot of chocolate both in the aroma and taste. Also roasted malt and some berries. Pleasant mouth feel.

From tap. Pours cloudy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is spiced and light toasted malty. Bitter, cornish and lit toasted malty. Sweet and toasted malty flavoured.
