Sample @ Porterfestivalen in Gothenburg on November 19. pours brownish black with a brown head. Smell is sweet with raisins and cognac. Taste is dry with cereal, sweet fruits like banana and some diacetyl (butter). Not sure the bottle was 100% but the brew was still ok.

500 ml bottle bought @ Systembolaget and consumed on November 13. Pours hazy hazel brown with a fluffy white head that slowly dissipates. Smell is fruity and sweet with mandarin oranges, grapefruit zest and some dark bread. Taste is malty, slightly sour, quite metallic, and yeasty. Tastes like liquid sourdough. Finish is dry and rather sour. Not good at all. Is it really supposed to taste like this?

500 ml bottle bought @ Systembolaget and consumed on November 12. Pours hazy orange with almost no head. Smell is sweet with cereal, vanilla, plums and alcohol. Taste is sweet with an estery yeasty character. There’s also breakfast cereals and ripe grapes and plums. Finish is sweet and malty.

Bottle (SMÖF 2011) - Very dark brown with a tan head. Fruity and rich aroma with notes of marzipan and Christmas cake. Rich taste with notes of roasted malt, plain chocolate and coffee.

Bottled at SMÖF. Very dark brown, small head. Aroma of tar and licorice.Fruit ywith near full body and soft mouthfeel. Intensely flavourful with tobacco, prunes ad salt. Long salty finish. A full flavoured, yet relaxed strong porter.

Bottle bought @ Systembolaget Vara and consumed on October 11. Pours hazy yellow with a fluffy white head that leaves lots of trace on the glass when dissipating. Smell is malty with hay and some barnlike notes. Taste is rather sweet and a bit watery. there’s herbs and spices combined with a light rather pleasant bitterness. Finish is slightly sweet and slightly bitter. Quite good and drinkable but nothing to exciting. Reminds me of a light saison...

Bottle courtesy Nisse666. Frothy white fair mostly deminishing head. DArk yellow colour. Moderate malty and hoppy aroma. Moderate bitter very sour (nice) flavor. Some tripel notes. Average moderate bitter sour finish. Oily palate. Strange but nice.
