0,5 l champagne style bottle, standard bottle cap plus printed cork. You can´t expect more. Purchased directly at the brewery a few weeks ago. BB 30.12.2026. Harvest 2021. Listed with 7.5% alc on the label. A cloudy darkest amber in the glass, one finger beige head. Malty with nuts on the nose, maybe chestnut. Little bit smokey. Taste starts malty, some sweetness, dry nutty, also red fruity. Hidden alcohol. Low carbonation. High drinkability. Great stuff!

0,33 l bottle purchased at the brewery. BB 30.12.2024. Cloudy dark golden with an one finger white head in the glass. Dry stone fruity smell with pale malt. Taste starts pale malty, some stone fruity with honey sweetness. Smooth. Very low carbonated. Nice and easy drinking stuff.

0,5 l bottle from the brewery. BB 30.06.2023. Cloudy orange golden small fast fading head. Fruity with a little bit sourness on the nose. Taste starts malty, some pale fruity sweetness and orange. Low bitterness. Pale grain and yeast in the aftertaste. Low carbonated. Interesting experiment.

0,33 l bottle purchased at the source. Liste with 4.7% abv on the label, BB 30.04.2023.Cloudy dark golden, one finger intensive foamy white head. Grainy smell with straw, citrus fruity background. Taste is smooth grainy, some caramel with increasing citrus and apple. Some fruity sweetness. Below average carbonation, thick texture. Nice.

0,33 l bottle purchased at the brewery. Cloudy brown with a more than one finger head in the glass. Malty with some nuts on the nose. Taste starts intensive malty, hoppy background. Below average carbonation. Low but present bitterness. Nice.

0,33 l bottle purchased at the brewery last week. Listed with 5.2% abv, BB 30.03.2023. Cloudy dark golden in the glass, more than one finger white head. A lot of caramel and malt on the nose, some hop. And again a thick texture at the palate. Malty, mid fruity hop bitterness but not overpowered. Some resin, sweetness and hints of herbs in the aftertaste. Next nice stuff from the brewery.

0,33 l bottle directly from the brewery. Cloudy yellow golden with a more than one finger white head in the glass. Dry fruity smell, yeast and grape, some caramel. Taste is more on the smooth side. Caramel, pale malt, little bit grainy with citrus. Thick texture. Soft bitterness. Easy drinkig stuff.

0,5 l champagne bottle purchased at the brewery. Harvest 2021, Grünhopfen Amber Ale. 5.2% abv, BB 30.05.2023. Cloudy dark amber with a steady nearly two finger pale beige head. Sweet fruity smell with caramel. Taste starts fruity, strawberry, caramel and pale malt. Malty aftertaste. Mid carbonated. Thick texture. High drinkability.

0,5 l champagne bottle purchased at the brewery last week. BB 30.12.2025. Sealed with printed standard cap plus additional printed cork. Had to search my corkscrew. Cloudy orange golden with a more than one finger foamy head. Full points due to the bottle. Shy caramel and fruity smell. Taste starts with caramel, fruity background. Thick texture for its kind, low alcoholic sharpness. Increasing pale fruity sweetness with peanuts in the second part. Below average carbonated. Nice stuff!

Taste starts malty, some sweetness, green apple. Increasing dry caramel in the second part. Low but present bitterness. Smooth aftertaste. Below average carbonated.
