Bottle from Niemuth’s. 2/28/22, bought today. Hazy pale orange, large frothy white head, good retention. Aroma of dank and green hops, grapefruit. Taste is grapefruit, melon, dank, pale malt, tropical fruit in the finish. Juicy, moderate bitterness. Nice.

Half liter bottle from Niemuth’s, 2/21/22. Hazy orange, large frothy off-white head, good retention. Aroma of pine, green, dank, tropical fruit. Taste is tropical fruit… mango, pineapple, orange. Hints of dry hopping. Juicy, mild bitterness. Solid.

Half liter stubby bottle from Woodman’s Appleton, 2/11/22. Nearly murky orange, large frothy off-white head, good retention. Aroma of pineapple, lime, tangerine, pale malt. Taste is melon, tangerine, pineapple, grape skin, pale malt. Juicy, low bitterness. Refreshing.

Keg at Hop Yard Ale Works, 1/2/22. Slightly hazy gold, large frothy white head, good retention. Aroma of herbal hops, dank, grapefruit. Taste is passionfruit, grapefruit, resin, pale malt. Moderate bitterness. Nice.

Refrigerated 0.5 L brown unusual bottle from Drake poured into a weizen glass. Hazy golden with small white head. Aroma is pineapple, medium body, medium carbonation, and little lacing. Taste is pineapple, guava, some pepper, and salt.

Half liter bottle from Total Wine Greenfield, 11/13/21. Hazy yellow, large foamy white head, good retention. Aroma of guava, passionfruit, salt, dandelion, pale malt. Taste is passionfruit, guava, lemon, salt, pale malt. Juicy. Well balanced. Quite pleasant.

Half liter bottle from Total Wine Greenfield, 11/6/21. Hazy yellow, large frothy off-white head, good retention. Aroma of lemon, dank. Not weak, but delicate. Taste is pineapple, lemon, hints of pine. Juicy, moderate bitterness. Not sure what the kolsch yeast adds, but it’s solid.
