Tap at 1840. My favorite Maibock I've had this season this far..which admittedly is a really small pool. This one is full bodied, rich, true. Hoppy, zesty. Deep lager tone. Rustic, classic. Good.

12oz can. A pinch thicker than typical, but still leans into that plasticy, bland puree tone. Not my thing. Nope.

Tap at Metro Market. Awesome beer. Bold rye, chewy but clean. Solid hop balance. All around excellent beer. Bright, clean, fresh, bold.

Aromas are skunk weed, malt and hints of resin and citrus. Flavors are somewhat similar to nose, bittersweet but with some odd quality I can't identify. Good body and carbonation.

Sample at McFleshman's Lagerfest, 10/7/23. Clear gold, thin white head, average retention. Aroma of toasted malt, green hop. Taste is toasted malt, grain, citrus hop. Crisp.

Sample at McFleshman's Lagerfest, 10/7/23. Hazy copper, thin white head, average retention. Aroma of caramel, toast, green hops. Taste matches. I was drunk. The ratings suck.

Aromas are on the mild side, citrus, resin, cat pee and malt. Flavors are similar to nose, leans sweet, but enough carbonation and bitter to work. Body is a touch thin, but finish is satisfying. Overall good beer.

Half liter bottle from Ridgeview Liquor, 10/5/23. Clear gold, medium white head, poor retention. Aroma of grass, pale malt, lime, toast, rice. Taste is crackery malt, lime, Grapefruit, rice, pale malt. Crisp, well balanced.

Half liter bottle from Ridgeview Liquor, 10/4/23. Hazy pale yellow, medium white head, average retention. Aroma of bready malt, yeast, stone fruit, passionfruit, faint hint of mustard. Taste is yeast, bready malt, spice, lemon. Crisp, well balanced.
