This one was destroyed by some sour notes that surely not was intended. Also a bit acidic. Infection maybe. Nice clear amber color with a fine off white head. Looks good. Balanced sweetness and a mellow carbonation level. Caramel malt, fruity and some yeast in the flavor.

A quite nice and decent Schwarzbier. Just destroyed by a to flat carbonation level.
Black stuff with almost no head. Ok intensity in the aroma. Balanced sweetness and a semi dry ending. Roast, dark malt, coffee and herbal flavor.

Hazed golden color with a huge white head. A bit weird aroma. A bit high carbonation level in this one. Fizzy mouth feeling. Decent sweetness. Wheat, yeast and some pepper in the back. Mostly destroyed by a bad carbonation level and a strange (a bit sour) aroma.

33cl bottle. @ PBF XII. Poured golden color with a thick white head. Lots of raspberries in aroma. Malts, raspberries, sweetness. Strong raspberry candy touch.

Bottled at PBF XII. Hazy amber, small head. Aroma of raspberry jam. Mid sweet with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Sweet with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Raspberry jam and grapefruit. Mid bitter finish. Raspberry jam dominates.

0,5 l bottle from Erzengel. Thanks a lot! Unclear red brown in the glass, one finger beige head. A lot of caramel on the nose, some fruity elements in the background. Taste starts with a dry bitterness, some caramel, some dark choco, toasted malt with and fruity background, some sweetness. Low carbonated. Okay.

I would have liked that batch with a more fruity approach. Mostly a pure pink ginger beer in my bottle. Nothing wrong with that. But I would prefer a less prominent ginger profile. More cherry next time please. I would not have guessed that it contained cherry unless written on the label.
