No juz takiego wrazenia jak tmave nie robi wrazenia, no moze oczekiwania wzrosly bo piwo ma nadal solidna i trwala piane, jasne i ciemno zlote, lekko metne, pachnie sianem i krakersami, w smaku lekko zywiczne, miodowe i przede wszystkim wytrawno chmielne, tak chmielne, dosadnie i bez kompromisow, czasami niektore ipa moga sie schowac i kucnac w cieniu czeskich czy slowackich piw...Amen. Dla milosnikow slodzikow i cukierkow, odradzam bo mozecie wyhawtowac te lupuline na tysiac metrow, Amen po rqaz kolejny.

Bottle from Brewpub in Ruzomberok, Koliba Restaurant near Nizne Tatry Mountain. Piana petardza, spora wystajaca znacznie ponad kufel, sniado sliwkowa. Ciemne, brazowo orzechowa barwa, nie przejrzyste, metne, czekoladowe, sos sojowy, palonosc spora, nieco piernikow w bardzo gorzkiej czekoladzie. Super piwo delikatne ale mocno palone i czekoladowe.

33cl bottle from the brewery. Head is medium, white, good retention. Colour is deep gold, light hazy. Aroma is malty, light bready, bit floral hoppy. Taste is medium malty base, nice bready, caramel, long lasting harmonic bitterness, medium carbonation, good one, enjoyed.

From tap @ the source. Head is tan, big, good retention. Colour is dark, clear, opaque. Aroma is roasted malts, chocolate, coffee, dark bread. Taste is medium malty base, a lot of roasted tones, herbal hoppy long lasting bitterness, grapefruit, nice balanced like dark IPA, medium carbonation, good one, enjoyed.

Bottle from Koliba Restauracie near Pivovar Ursus. Ruzomberok (Cutkovska Dolina). No obszernym chodzeniu czas na zakup lokalnych restauracyjnych piw. Piwo piane ma srednia ale trwala, Ciemno brazowawa barwa, mocno metna, pachnace grejfrutem calym koszem cytrusow. W smaku kwiatowe, zywiczne, kwaskowe, tak jak lubie, z odrobina chmielnosci na koniec. Zdumiewajace ze takie cialo ten Niedzwiedz z siebie wydobywa przy plato 9 i alko mniej niz 4. Tak potrafi tylko Czeska Republika i Słowacja bo przecież w piwie o samo alko nie chodzi.

Bottle from the brewery shop. Pours dark brown with beige head. Sweetish, spicy, honey on nose. Tastes sweetish. Spicy. Forest honey. Light smoked feel. Good for cold, rainy, spring days.
