Bottle (thanks to Terissaari guys!). Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is sweet apples, some mild spiciness and some sweet dough. Flavour is sweet apples, some sweet dough tones with nice yeasty and earthy tones. This one was forgotten in the cellar, but has aged really nicely for being only 4.5 %. Really nice bodied palate.

(Bottle, 0.33 l - BBE 07/2024, at SOPP Helsinki 2022) The cider poured golden and clear. Its head was tiny and white. Aroma had apples, apple juice and mildly sourness. Palate was medium bodied with low carbonation. Flavours were sourness, apple juice, fruitiness and mild tartness. Aftertaste had tartness and apple juice. Tasty.

33cl bottle. Poured clear and straw color. Mild funky notes, apple skin and light pear notes. Actually not that sweet. Solid.

33 cl bottle @ home, BBE 01/2021. 2018 version (5,5%). Aroma is surprisingly strong with sweet and ripe apples and leather. Also sugary tones. Flavour has leathery tones, apple peel and some fruit sugar. One of the best Finnish ciders out there. Love the leathery notes.
