33cl bottle. Thx Mjs. Tasting at Ardes. Poured almost black in color. Ashy notes. Light smoky notes. Roasted malts, milky notes. Some odd notes in there.

330ml bottle. Smooth and slightly earthy with hints of chocolate, cocoa and ash. A bit unbalanced.

(Bottle, 0.33 l - batch 21 - bottled on 14.10.2021 - BBE 10/2022, from the brewery, 20211106) The beer poured black. Its head was medium sized and lightly brown. Aroma had burnt malts, metal and fruitiness. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were burnt malts, fruitiness, smoke, sweetness, ash and bitterness. Aftertaste had smoke, ash and bitterness. A nice and quite complex burnt brew.

Smell of sweet malt, some citrus. Hazy amber colour, very high off-white head. Aroma of overripe fruit, some boozy note, grapefruit peel. Bitter, lightly sour. Flat carbon, dry palate.

330ml bottle. Bready, earthy and slightly roasty with some rye, berries and stuffy notes. Not very good.

Sample from the bottle at Ardes residence, Helsinki. Bottle 404/517. Color is dark brown with small white head. Aromas and flavors: Chocolate, bready malts, some coffee and malts.

33cl bottle. Thx Mjs. Golden deep color. Jammy, marmalady . Caramel, resin, bitterness. Age showing. Bottled in May 2021.

330ml bottle. Sweetish, stingy hoppy and caramely malty with some pine, resin, bitterness and earthiness. Not super fresh, a blast from the past.
