Tap at gollem. Pours unclear dark blonde to amber. Medium white head with much lacing. Smell is sharp, tart, funk, mild wood. Taste is very sharp, intense sour, mild oxidation notes, but they blend into the bigger totality. A bit too sour, and more complexity would really help this beer, too.

Bottle from Mikkeller Shop, Odense. Cloudy golden with a big and lasting white head. Fruity, spicy and funky aroma with peach and pineapple, cardemum, coriander and cinnamon, and funky grapefruit and leather. Juicy fruity flavour with a nice funky touch, and a rather bitter finish. The funky character is up there with the masters at Jolly Pumpkin and Anchorage

Nicely dry & funky. Very rustic with pumpernickel, hay, leather, pepper corns & tons of dusty barnyard brett. Bit high on the bitterness. Very good brett saison but I’m partial to fruitier brett strains. --- Beer merged from original tick of Bière des Champs Blend 1 on 27 Jan 2021 at 10:05

Smagsprøve fra fad, Baghaven marts-18: hadde denne efter Gift From Demeter som jeg likte veldig godt. Dufter og smager af gær, sæbe, og hø. Ulækker og meget skuffende. Let uklar korngul med godt skum.

Fra fad hos Mikkeller Baghaven mars-18: uklar gylden med fint skum som varer. Aroma og smak med deilige toner av kornåker, høy, sommerens frukter og bær. En superfrisk og lekker aperitiff før jeg cykler ned til Operaen og foajekonsert. Halvtør, hvidvinsvinøs afslutning.

Fra fad hos Mikkeller Baghaven, før foajekonsert i Operaen, mars-18: lett uklar gylden uten skum. Nydelig aroma og smak med aprikoser, mandarin, vanilje, fersken og tydelige, vinøse toner. Herlig, fruktig syre og superlang eftersmag. Crisp as a cracker.
