Backlog. Ruby red colour with a mediumsized fluffy pinkish head. Aroma is cherries, wood, some mild vanilla as well as some tartness to it. Flavour is cherries, wood, quite dry with some mild nutty tones as well as some vanilla and mild herbal tones as well. Nice cherry, wood and some vanilla tones in finish. Somewhat dry palate.

1.5L bottle, pours a clear bright golden with a small white head. Aroma is full of bright tart plums, gentle floral notes, and plenty of bugs. Flavour is much the same, with floral plums, moderate acidity, and gentle tartness on the finish. Good complexity and this has held up well. Very good.

750mL bottle, pours a clear golden, no head. Aroma is very odd, with strange fungal notes, gentle acidity, and oxidation. Flavour is enamel-stripping in its acidity, with weird fungal notes, and perfumey notes. This must not have held up. Gut-wrenching.

Hazy ruby colour with a small pink head. Aroma is kind of salty, raspberries, mild vineigrette. Flavour is raspberries, some salty elements with mild earth and a bit alcohol sweetness. Strange one.

Big funky yeast nose with big Merlot and oak. Very tart, lots of red wine, very dry, and tons of merlot. Nice red white wild ale but not super complex
