Tap at Snekutis old town. Almost black, flat, murkey. Ass smell of sour cherries, vinegar, grass ,cabbage. Not in the best condition, I would guess. Tangy, thin flavor of cherry, vinegar, somewhat like an oude bruin, but very thin.

1L plastic bottle @ Majarannan sauna, Hervanta. Rated on 04.06.2010
Aroma has sweat, honey and some butter. Flavour is somewhat refreshing with citrus, some honey and butter. Definitely a lithuanian beer. Traditional perhaps, but does not feel like ale.

Aroma has sweat, honey and some butter. Flavour has sweetish malt, some honey, butter and hints of sweat. Definitely one of the weirdest Dunkels I’ve had.

Medium offwhite head. Deep yellow body with little floaties. Resiny freshly cut wood aroma with floral strawy notes. Sweet-dryish resiny honey and dried fruit taste with mealy minty notes. Mid-bodied. Mild, soft mouthfeel. Dryish earthy herbal caramelly aftertaste with resiny minty notes. Lovely! Unusual, drinkable, smooth and interesting. (0.5l bottle, Bamb Alyne, Vilnius.)

Clear pale amber color, big cloudy white head. Sticky, berryish caramelly aroma. Light to medium-bodied. Soft carbonation. Very berryish and toffeish flavor. Low bitterness, only some from minerally water used in brewing. Honeyish finish.

Nut brown color, good creamy off-white head. Light woody-hayish, slightly diacetylic nose. Light to medium-bodied. Toffee, caramel with light minerally sourness. Lingering toffee sweetness in the aftertaste. Ok.

Small white head doesn’t last. Yellow body. Light funky earthy aroma with herbal floral notes. Dry-sweetish fruity grainy floral taste with sugary buttery notes. Mild, soft mouthfeel, faintly watery. Dryish dusty strawy aftertaste with buttery notes. Light, fresh, incredibly easy to drink, and subtle. Really nice. (0.5l draft, Alaus Namai, Vilnius.)

Medium beige head doesn’t last. Deep brown body. Faint earthy roasty aroma. Dry dusty strawy earthy taste with sweetish chocolatey notes. Mid-bodied. Mild, smooth mouthfeel. Sweetish earthy floral roasty aftertaste with herbal caramelly butter notes. Interesting, complex, and unusual. Lots going on, and all of it quite subtle. (0.33l draft at Bix Baras, Vilnius.)

Thin offwhite head doesn’t last. Deep yellow body. Floral honey aroma with mealy grainy notes. Dry-sweet dusty strawy malty taste with floral notes. Mild, smooth mouthfeel. Mid-bodied. Dry aftertaste is the same as the main taste with notes of honey. Good, and again very dusty and strawy, but lacking in complexity. Have to wonder why they filtered this.
