Bottle 37,5 cl. Pours an almost clear golden with a tiny, rough, white head. Heavy funk aroma, dominated by acetic acid. Medium body, an initial fruity sweetness quickly overrun by a distinct funk and sourness with acetobacter in the front, but there's probably also Brett and lactic acid there. Very lambicish. I cannot really claim that I can taste the apples and pears. 251024

Sample (thanks omhper!). Pinkish golden colour with a small white head. Aroma is floral, some herbal and mild toasted and tart fruity tones with some mild wood too. Flavour is fruity, floral, some mild tartness and some mild wooden, mild vinegar with some slight acidity.
