Bottle pour at MBCC 2025, yellow session. Pours murky light orange with a white head. Musty peaches, wild yeast, mildew. Flavour has tons of tart plums, some peach pits, leather, must. Nice.

Bottle pour at MBCC 2025, yellow session. Pours murky mahagony with a pink head. Tons of cherries, old wood, leather, funk on the nose. Flavour has tart cherries, leather, upholstery, great funk.

Sour and fruity, dry, quite smooth and soft. A bit milky, I guess from the sake barrel. Interesting, very nice.
