Very pale with light haze. Aroma of sweet apple pulp, slightly stewed. Taste is quite different. Clean but with a round dryness with a little tannin. The grapes come through in the aftertaste.

Bottle at Holm Cider. 7 4 8 4 13 Dry apple and quince Light hazy golden, fine champagne bubbles. Dry sparkly, nice quince and boskoop skin And bubblegum on the palate, chewy, pleasant dryness, quite fun.
