--Bottled at the brewery. -- Clear pale yellow, small head. Grassy, grainy nose. Dry with light body and clean, crisp mouthfeel. Grainy and grassy with notes of elderflowers. Resinous very bitter finish.

--Bottled at the brewery. -- Clear golden, small head. Grainy nose with juniper berries. Mid sweet with medium body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. Clean crystal malt like body, juniper berries and a touch of phenols. Mid bitter finish. Nicely drinkable. Inspired by sahti, but a sahti.
