Bottle at home, split with Sharon, 05/05/17. Copper golden with a decent white head. Nose is caramelised apple, toffee, sugar, straw, apple pulp. Taste comprises apple pie, toffee apple, melted brown sugars, light farmyard, Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close. Decent cider.

750ml bottle. 500th Cider rate. Orange golden colour with a foamy white head that lingers and aroma of apple pie, vanilla, caramel, woody oak. Taste is tangy apple, apple pie, wood, oak, vanilla, fruity, musty, lightly funky and tannic. Light to medium bodied, fine carbonation, dry clean finish. Original review text: 330ml bottle from Frivolity bottle shop. Golden colour, white foam head that dissipates away and aroma of funky apple, with mucky barnyard hints. Taste is sweetish, apple, barnyard funk, meaty, with vanilla notes, and some tannins. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, medium-dry tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.

Thank you for sharing Israeli Crew! Sampled @ BAF 2016. Super hazy orange. Nose is thick fermenting barn, very raw apple skins, raw fermenting. Taste is harsh raw apple, funk, barn, barrel, green apple, raw & funky. Harsh fun. Challenging initially but interesting very funky, raw & fermenting.

RBSG2016. Sweet ice cider arom, smells so yummy, makes my mouth water thinking about it. Pale yellow. First taste I think this is something between an ice cider and a good real cider. Oh, so nice. How could this not be an ice cider? It’s so refined. Overall good apple experience. Just plain good stuff. Refreshing compared to all those uncivilized american wannah bee ciders out there. Big thanks to the rateberian who brought this one. Yes, a simple reliable really good cider experience.

pale yellow. pretty bottle. aroma is okay, muted apple juice. tastes bottle conditioned. Very musty, warming, boozy and sweetness is very muted. I’m impressed by the similarities to a fine wine. great work.

Bottle - Fantastic cooked Apple and a slight funk. Clear gold. Semi sweet and light funk and nice acidity. Lovely balance.
