Bottle @ FOneFan. Unclear dark yellow with medium foamy white head. Aroma is apples, funk and barnyard. Flavour is apples, dry, fruit, barnyard, perfume, fruit and a little sulfur.

750ml bottle pours a hazy orange with nno head. Nose is as you’d expect, apples, apple juice, sugary, a little jolly rancher, some light brie. Flavor is the same, like drinking a plate that has green apples paired with brie, earthy. A little too sweet for my liking. I wish the finish was more dry.

Bottle @ Odense Smagning, May 2012. Pours cloudy dark golden with bubbles on top. Nose is sweet apples and barnyard. Phenolic and rubbery. Lively carbonation. Some svovl. Dry end.

Hazy golden with a small white head. Sweet and slightly perfumed apple aroma with a hint of wood. Sweet apple juice flavour with phenols and a bit of tannin in the finish

Bottle thanks to Sarah. Pours a clear pale gold with no head, but has visible carbonation. Aroma has a bit of earthy funk with some cheese, but mainly sweet apples. Flavor has a bit more tart apple with a bit of sweetness and a bit of cheese.

Clear light to medium yellow colour with a small to average, frothy, virtually none lacing, fully diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy pear, green pear, pear skin, sulfur, farmyard. Flavour is moderate to light light heavy sweet and light acidic with a long duration, pear, pear skin, sulfur. Body is medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is fizzy. [20111001]
