Our passion for beer was brewed up in the heart of Idaho - famous for the Sawtooth Mountains, wild rivers and the iconic Sockeye salmon. We have a real sense of pride when we say we've got Idaho in our DNA. From our flagship Dagger Falls IPA (named after a Class V rapid located on the Middle Fork Salmon) to Angel's Perch Amber (a peak in the Pioneer Mountains), we strive to represent Idaho as a leader in craft brew industry and beyond.

On tap at the brewery pours out black topped with a small tan head. Nose is nice sweet chocolate big rich roast malts coffee and bourbon barrel goodness. Taste is more of the nice sweet chocolate heavy roast bourbon barrel vanilla. Nice one

On tap at the brewery pours out copper amber color topped with a sand head. Nose is light biscuits some grass and a little wood. Taste is more of the nice light malts touch of hops and great finish.

On tap at the brewery pours out amber topped with a sand head. Nose is nice rich caramel toffee malts and some pine citrus hops. Taste is more of the nice malt hop combo. Very good

On tap at the brewery pours out dark cola brown almost black topped with a small tan head. Nose is nice sweet pitfruit malts some light spice. Taste is more of the nice sweet malts some pitfruit spice and belg yeast. I sure hope they tossed some of this in a bourbon barrel!!!

On tap at the BP. Slightly hazy dull pale golden. Full brief coarse white head. Light floral and citrus pith hop aromas and flavors. But light and fresh. Nicely balanced and plenty of flavor for a 4.5 quite nice

Draft at BitterCreek. Pale golden pour, average sized white foamy head. Aroma is hoppy, floral, fruity with a nice little zing. Taste is also about the hops, the hop trio each bringing a unique characteristic to flavors, floral, fruity, zesty. Light on the palate too. Nice.
