Description
A Microbrewery for the Curious! La Chouette offers a wide variety of beers, brewed in an artisanal manner, with finesse and a touch of madness, favoring good, organic and local raw materials. Epicurean and curious, Rémy discovered the world of Craft Beer and embarked on the brewing adventure in 2016, attracted by the diversity, complexity and beauty of the brewing profession.

La Chouette brasserie moved to Tournon in 2019. It takes off, develops and moves in the fall of 2022 to the neighboring village, Saint Jean de Muzols, in a larger and friendlier premises, while wishing to remain a place production on a human scale.

Strasbourg Craft Beer Fest. Hazy purple red beer with a white head. Aroma of fresh tart and mid sweet raspberries. Taste of sour raspberries, lactic fruits, easy to drink.
