Tap at Salon piva. Medium body, medium carbo. Med-high bitter, light sweetness. Light caramel, but not too much. Moderate berryish, red fruity, combined with light resiny and citrusy hops. Good, worthy red IPA, balanced.

Tap at Damian’s Vydrica. Orange golden color with medium white head. Aroma of oranges, zest, pines, grapefruits, light malt. Taste is hop centered with tropical fruits, oranges, grapefruit, zest. Medium long hoppy bitter finish. Good.

Can from Damian. Unclear reddish golde color with huge off-white ehad. Aroma of berries, lot of them, light fruity esters and phenols. Taste is wheat, fruity with raspberries, blackcurrant and more berries, light esters and phenols. Good, refreshing summer drink.

Um den Damian besser kennenzulernen, probierte ich gleich mal das 2.Bier auf der Karte. Dies ist ein Witbier, das mit Himbeeren, RIbiseln und Erdbeeren vergoren wurde. So ergibt sich ein spritziges, süß-saures Sommergetränk, das vielleicht keine Aromenpreise gewinnt, aber sehr angenehm zu trinken ist.

Mein Einstiegsbier zum Craftbier-Fest Frühling 🌼 2024 in Wien. Ein schönes Zehngrädiges, das aber mit ordentlich Hopfen verfeinert wurde 🌿. So ist es zwar etwas zu bitter, dafür aber schön spritzig. Kein klassisches, aber doch nettes Leichtbier.
