Bottle from the brewery shop. Hm. Not as fresh hoppy as I was hoping with IPL label. Pours gold with white head. Bit of a hoppy nose. Rather high bitterness, certainly hoppy brew. That high bitterness is not making it very easy to drink. Okay though.

Bottle as Sessler 21 brewed together with 20 for a new year celebration. Nice dunkel plus weizen characters on a nose. Decent warming alcohol, plums, dark berries, honey? Sticky mouthfeel. Good one.

Bottle from the brewery shop. Pours clear amber with off-white head. Nah. Okay, I've never tried Brut Ale before (not talking about IPA) and I'm not sure I want to try again. Quite boozy nose. Tastes dry indeed, but it's also quite boozy and apple like. Nope, this didn't go well.

Bottle from the brewery shop. This comes too early as it is true winter warmer. Raisins, dark berries, dried plums, influenced with Belgian yeast and topped by warming alcohol. 1.5l pet bottle sold by the brewery is true killer. Nice
