Draft @ the brewpub. Pours a dark brown color with a small longlasting off-white head. Has a sweetish malty caramel and fudge aroma. Sweetish malty bready caramel flavor. Has a sweetish malty caramel toffee finish.

(bottle) Hazy, golden colour with a short foamy white rim. Mildly sweet and slightly acidic malty aroma with traces of caramel and apples. Sweet and slightly bitter-tart flavour, light bodied with a slightly sharp carbonation. Cara-malty, slightly fruity and herbal hoppy taste; medium-dry, mildly sweet and bitter-hoppy finish with a tinge of acidity. Drinkable but unfortunately already past its primetime. 09.11.11

Bottle ( z Bratislavy, Diky!): Hazy, deep golden, quickly collapsing white foam, a foamy layer remains; fruity - infected - nose (apples, cider!), malt and hops hardly detectable; moderate bitter-sweet flavour, a light acidity underneath, light bodied, nevertheless quite soft; slightly lingering bitter-fruity finish. What a pity, without the infection presumably a nice beer....

Lahev (many thanks to Cuso!): Deep chestnut-amber coloured, hazy, medium-sized stable rocky tanned head, slight traces of infection in the mineralic-toasty nose; pretty light bodied, sweet-bitter flavour with a delicate acidity; short and light sweetish-toasty finish with a subtle malt-bitterness and hints of milk-chocolate. A bit thin and slightly infected. Deserves a second chance.......

On tap at Bratislavský Mestiansky Pivovar: Aroma, maty, caramel, chocolate. Taste roasted malt, caramel, with nice long cofee-chocolat finish. I don’t like Dunkels so much, but this is good, complex, interesting beer.

Draught at the brewpub. Cloudy very dark brown, small creamy head. Sweet with medium body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. Coffee with sugar and cream, some caramel. More milk chocolate than bitterness in the finish.
