0.3 l on tap at the brewpub. Clear, very dark reddish brown to black with a medium large, slightly creamy, stable, beige head. Sweetish-malty, minimally roasty and a little fruity aroma of caramel, toasted nuts and a touch of dark fruits. Quite sweet, malty, moderately roasty and a little fruity taste of caramel, cocoa, some toasted nuts and hints of dark fruits, followed by a short, moderately roasty-bitter, slightly earthy-dry finish. Medium body, slightly smooth and gently effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Nice one!

0.3 l on tap at the brewpub. Clear, golden amber with a medium large, foamy, stable, off-white head. Slightly sweetish, moderately grassy-spicy aroma of grains and straw. Moderately sweet, slightly bitter, gently grassy-spicy taste of grains, straw and hints of honey, followed by a short, moderately bitter, rather grassy-spicy finish. Medium body, smooth, slightly creamy and moderately effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Decent Lager.

Bottle. Malty aroma, honey, ripe fruit, bready notes. Tastes the same as aroma, light sweet, light to medium bitter. Full body, oily texture, malty bitter sweet finish with alcohol notes. Ok.

Bottle from the brewery shop. Pours hazy goldish. Aroma is yeasty. Tastes like a bit more yeasty lager, bit herbal, light bitter. Okay.

0.5l bottle. Clear golden color with medium white head. Aroma: grainy, strawy, light honey and caramel. Taste: grain, wet straw, grass, malt. Medium bodied, moderately to lively carbonated, moderate bitterness with bit of a harsh aftertaste. Slightly out of balance, overcarbonation is not helping drinkabilty much.

Bottle from the brewery as Barrique 22 Dark one bit brownish on edges. Aroma is intense but anything in particular and rather bad. With taste it gets way better. Lightly sour, smokey, one can certainly feel the barrel, with plum and grapes in following. Good though apparently not as awesome as previous version.
