Pours clear pale yellow with a white head. Aroma has notes of pear, white sugar and pear peel. Taste is light sweet with a slightly dry finish. Body is light, texture is thin, carbonation is soft.

Bottle @ Danish Ratebeer Summer Gathering, 2014. Pours hazy yellow with a white head. Tart apples, barnyard and wood. Dry and woody finish. Enjoyable!

75 cL bottle.Pours cloudy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is mild fruity and apple zesty. Fruity, crisp and mild sulphorish. Lingering fruity and light citrusy. Crisp fruity finish.

Bottle, 75cl corked. A clear, golden cider with some bubbles on top. The aroma is quite nice, with lots of apples, some grass and a touch of apple cores. It’s dry on the palate, with a pleasant carbonation level. Some residual sweetness, with apples dominating. Apple marmalade, grass and a touch of wood in the flavor. Lasting finish. A clean and tasteful cider I could easily drink more of. 140830
