Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, moderate yeasty, citrus, spicy, tart notes. Flavor is moderate sweet and light light acidic with a average duration, sweet malt, fruity, yeast, citrus notes. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20150620]

Draught@SOPP2015. Black colour with a mediumsized beige head. Aroma is citrus, some roasted notes, a bit resiny notes and some sweet malts as well. Flavour is sweet malts, some mild roasted notes, citrus and a bit acidic wooden notes. The roasted and hoppy notes do clash a bit unfavourable for the beer in my books.

Draught@SOPP Helsinki 2015. Hazy yellow colour with a small white head. Aroma is floral, fruity, quite strong on the wooden notes along with some slight sourness and earthy notes. Flavour is big bitterness, some floral and mildly tart wooden notes along with some malts as well. Nicely balanced.

Keg at Black Door, Helsinki. Hazy pale amber, small head. Fruity nose with some dried apricots. Sweet with medium body and rounded, oily mouthfeel. Apricots, dusty butter. Resinous bitter finish.

Keg at SOPP, Helsinki. Cloudy pale golden, creamy head. Woody nose with some hay. Mid sweet with medium body and well rounded oily mouthfeel. Fruity and grassy with oak and sake. Mid bitter finish. Interesting stuff!

Finish is crisp, hoppy and roasty with lingering bitterness, some licorice and salty notes. Pretty tasty and balanced.

Tap@ SOPP 2015. Golden color, thin white head. Pleasant mild spicy, citrusy, floral aroma. Very refreshing stuff. Flavor has lemongrass, grass, hops. Different, but really tasty.
