Aroma is typical to a hefe: yeast, banana esthers and sweetish fruity tones. Flavour has minerals, some banana esthers, yeasty notes and citrisfruits. Quite nice for this ABV, could be more rich though.

Pours orange with a tiny head. Aroma of malts, hints of fruits, grass, hops and hay. Taste is smooth, a bit musty and watery with hints of grass and fruits. Finish is smooth and a bit light bodied with hints of hops. A bit unbalanced and dull, but goes well with the pizzas they are serving.

Draught @Maltainen Metso, Tikkurila. Poured hazy golden /yellow with a thick white head. Quite spicy aroma, clove and some banana as well. Flavor has ripe banana, wheat, spices, light sweetness. Even some light hoppy notes in finish. Thin body, bit sharp. Refreshing.

(Draught at Black Door, Helsinki, 25 May 2015) Reddish amber colour with frothy, off-white head. Malty, fruity nose with citrus, caramel and orange peel. Malty, fruity taste with notes of caramel, orange peel, treacle-toffee, grapefruit and a generous citric bitterness. More than medium body, with a certain sweetness. Tasty and well made IPA. Nice one.

A golden, murky with yeast, a head is medium and almost white. Aroma is strongly fruity with some lemon, also spices. Taste has grain, balanced fruitness, some sourness. Taste is better and more saison like as aroma. Medium bodied, not so light and fresh as it would be. Good but the best saisons are more complex and refreshning.
