(Keg at Stadin Panimobaari, 20200828)The beer poured black. Its head was medium sized and lightly brown. Aroma had burnt malts, raspberries and dark chocolate. Palate was full bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were burnt malts, dark chocolate, raspberries, cocoa and bitterness. Aftertaste had raspberries, burnt malts and bitterness. A tasty and balanced burnt brew with clean berry notes.

330ml bottle (as Myllykosken Kuohu). Smooth, easy going and a bit stuffy with hints of grass and piney birch notes. Decent.

Can from Jappp. Many thanks! Rather clear yellow colour, white foam. Nose of tropical fruit, citrus, some resin. Very easy drinkable, well balanced. Good.

(Keg at SOPP Helsinki 2020) The beer poured black. Its head was huge, lightly brown and it lasted long. Aroma had burnt malts, vanilla and whisky. Palate was full bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were burnt malts, vanilla, whisky and bitterness. Aftertaste had vanilla and low bitterness. Pretty good but too strong barrel notes.

Overriped strawberry and raspberry in the nose. Dark red colour, tiny head. Light-bodied. Some herbal and bitter note, then strawberry and raspberry juice. A bit restless.

Amber colour, small white head. Papaya, soapy aroma, some spices? Light to medium-bodied. Spicey bitter front, caramalt, pine, not really papaya in the flavour. Harsh kind of.
