(Keg at Gallow's Bird Tapiola, thanks fonefan, 20240828) The beer poured golden and hazy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had fruitiness, floralness, sweet citrus fruits and spiciness. Palate was medium bodied and dry with medium carbonation. Flavours were grass, herbalness, Belgian style yeast, floralness, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was hoppy and bitter. A nice hoppy brew with spicy yeast.

Bottled 330ml (KCM Pirkkala, BBE 01/2025) Golden colour, light cloudyness and small white head with lace. Aroma very grassy, some musty grainyness. Light-bodied. Cut grass, grain and some bitterness in the flavour. Probably would be better a bit more fresh. I suppose this is 6 months old bottle.

Bottled 330ml (KCM Pirkkala, BB 12/2024) Nut brown colour, small beige head. Nutty sweet, malty aroma. Light to medium-bodied. Similar nutty sweetish flavour with dry finish with hops. Nah. Probably fresh keg would be better.

From keg @ Barski, Helsinki. Poured orange in color. Lasting white head. Fruit juicy flavors, light bodied. Sweet finish, but not really an aftertaste.

33 cl bottle @ home. Batch #57, BBE 12/2024 Aroma is malty and nutty with toffee. Foamy palate. Flavour has toffee, nuts, some grapefruity hoppiness and toffee. Good, a bit strong on hops for the style.

33 cl bottle @ home. Batch #60, BBE 01/2025 Aroma has mint, grassy hops and buttery malt. Flavour has grainy malt, grassy hops, mint. Lingering hoppiness in the finish. Awesome pils.

(Keg at Barski Helsinki, 20231227) The beer poured amber and hazy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had grass, spiciness, bread and malts. Palate was medium bodied with rather high carbonation. Flavours were earth, spiciness, malts, caramel and bitterness. Aftertaste malty, hoppy and bitter. A nice malty brew with rather strong hop notes.

0,33l bottle from Citymarket Porvoo. Bbe 06/24. Bit hazy light yellow beer with medium head. Aroma has straw, citrus, flowers and grass. Flavor has pretty much same elements. Nice one.
