Bottle 50 cl. Pours a clear, orangey brown with a small, beige head. Nose has a little, sweet roast with some dark, dried fruits. Medium body, quite a sweet subtle roastiness, brown sugar and very faint spices. Hardly any bitterness. Probably fits what many Danes would consider a 'proper' Xmas beer. 210224

Sample (thanks fonefan!). Amber colour, small white head. Aroma is floral, dried fruity and some toffee and mildspruce tips. Juniper flavour with some floral, toffee and spruce tones with some rye and toast to it.
