Creamy off-white good mostly lasting head. Amber colour. Moderate malty and light hoppy aroma. Moderate bitter flavor. Spicy kandis notes. Ginger. Average moderate bitter finish. Oily palate.

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a clear, orangey brown with a small, beige head. Nose has a little, sweet roast with some dark, dried fruits. Medium body, quite a sweet subtle roastiness, brown sugar and very faint spices. Hardly any bitterness. Probably fits what many Danes would consider a 'proper' Xmas beer. 210224
