Description
A manager in the road transport sector, Alexandre Vermeersch aspires to breathe new life into his professional life by cultivating values that are dear to him: conviviality, product quality and respect for the region.

His brother Jean-Jacques and his friend Pierre Desprat told him about a wonderful idea... That of producing high-quality craft beer, in an exceptional site, clinging to the largest volcano in Europe.
Love at first sight, just obvious. Alexandre is seduced by the idea of producing and marketing this convivial drink which will mark the link between his Flemish origins and his visceral attachment to Auvergne.

After two years of training and preparation of files, the construction of a building, the acquisition and installation of production tools on the advice of Serge, brewer and friend, the first beers were brewed in November 2018. Romain, as a passionate druid, created and produced the first bottles. The choice of organic production is obvious. The adventure has begun...

IBU indicated at 4/5 (no scale) but bitterness probably around 35-40IBU. Cascade hops. Local malts and cereals. Not bad but lacks fruity aromas.
