Cloudy yellow beer, huge fluffy to aery slightly irregular white head, crackling down quickly, a bit adhesive. Aroma: lovely, lots of citrus, tangerine and mandarin, slightly grassy, a little floral touch. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: lovely, lots and lots of citrus up front, hoppy, gentle bitterness, tropical fruits, a hint of passion fruits, sweet touch. Aftertaste: more citrus, very zesty, some grapefruit, good bitterness, a little sweet, some tropical fruits in the back.

Ridiculous global rating. This is a fine, pleasantly funky apple farmhouse ale. Orchard must instead of barnyard.
