Sampled @ Trierer Bier Festival 2018. A clear amber beer with a small white head. Aroma of fresh dry grassy hops, caramelish malt, citrusy hops. Taste of citrus hops, caramel, spruce, dry fresh grassy hops, long bitter finish.

12.10.2018 -- 0.33l bottle at chateau lapin in basel, bb 19.09.2018, 8.50 fr. pours a hazy pale golden with a frothy head. aroma of flowers, soap, coriander, citrus, black pepper. flavour of coriander, citrus, black pepper. floral-sweet and very drinkable. peppery aftertaste.

10-10-18 // tap at the brewery. This the new Aufbruch. Now was a double IPA. Great looking clear golden amber beer with a white head. Intense hoppy nose. Classic Westcoast with a Galaxy hop twist. Strong bitterness. Der neue Aufbruch. Diesmal als DIPA. Sehr klassisch, Westcoast mit Galaxy-Touch. Schön kräftig bitter.

10-10-18 // on tap at the brewery. Next beer from the Small batch Experimental series. Only on tap. Murky orange pinkish. Very smooth. Fruit sourness, plums very mild. Great experiment.

330mml. bottle as part of a trade with Rhoihessegold. Many thanks for this gem!! Tasted on the 06/09/2018 at «Mimosas». Clear yellow color with pearly bubbles and a small head that dissapears quickly. Aroma is white wine, intense and fruity. Taste is sooo intense vineous and fruity with a sour finish and a medium carbonation. Fruity white wine mouthfeel. Incredible well balanced. Amazing stuff. Next one please!

21-07-18 // 330ml bottle. Poured into a glass and straight from the bottle. Peng peng...kräftige Bittere, trockene Frucht, Stachelbeere, gut karbonisiert. Sehr schön. Interessanter neuer Hopfen der aus dem Polaris gezüchtet wurde. Die Polarisfrische ist ganz leicht zu schmecken.

330mml. bottle as part of a trade with rhoihessegold. Many thanks! Tasted on the 29/08/2018 at home. Black brown color with a tiny and quickly dissapearing tan head. Aroma is toffee, burnt caramel, roasted malts, oak barrels and some peated malts. Taste is peated malts, burnt caramel and some tonka beans. Medoim bitter finish. Slightly sugary. Next one please!
