About
Xicha Brewing opened in 2017. It's known as Oregon's first and only Latinx-owned brewery, located in West Salem. The brewery was founded by Willamette University alums Ben Mendoza and Matt Dakopolos, along with local chef Ricardo Antunez.

12oz can from brewery. Copper colored pour, foamy head fades. Sweet, malty aroma. Taste is brown bread, caramel, toasty, sweet. Smooth and refreshing

Draft at Xicha. Golden pour, small bubbly head. Light fruity aroma, tropical. Taste brings more fruity flavors, dry, light malty notes.

500ml bottle pours out golden topped with a fizzy white head. Nose is sweet tart guava and some spice. Taste is more of the nice tart sweet guava some floral and spice.
