On tap at the Cellar, Bend. Pours brownish with off white head. Caramel, malty, some fruity notes, sweet, not that thick for what it is. Medium bodied.

Cask at the brewery. Pours near black with a an off white head that dissipates to the edges and laces slightly. Aroma has earthy dark grains and dry roast with a hint of earthy chocolate supporting. Flavor has earthy bread with a good amount of earthy roast and a hint of toffee backing.

Cask at the brewery. Pours a clear earthy amber gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges and laces. Aroma has strong bread and grain combination with a bit of straw supporting. Flavor has earthy bread and grass with straw and a bit of grain backing.
