On tap at the brewpub. Pours a clear dark amber color. A sweet smoky nose. Sweet, light smoke, fruity, easy not too smoky.

On tap at Churchills (labeled at 5.5%). Pint. Pours with a black body with a fully lasting head. Latte hued with good lacing. Aromas are of minerals, toasty, roasty, hoppy, pine, citrus, bakers chocolate, and bready. Minimal esters. Clean. Flavors are dry, dusty, cocoa, leather, roasty. Medium bitter. Earthy. Lingering bitter roast. Medium to lively bubbles. Lasting dry roast flavors. Good, roasty, and bitter stout. Great new offering by a new brewery!
