Bottle, 65cl. It pours a clear, chill-haze though, almost golden body under a white head. Sweet, vegetal, malty nose with hints of plastic. Pretty much the same in the mouth, malty sweet with dms and plastic notes, and a fruityness. Some bitterness notes in the finish. Medium to thing body. A bit unclear, but sort of quenching, nothing more. 090925

Found in a local Kathmandu supermarket. Foamy head, bright yellow, smells of cardboard and old socks. Tastes like lemon water and has a slightly dry finish. Completely uninteresting; try the 50th anniversary brew for something slightly better, but still nothing too great. Note that Everest is also available on draught at a select few places in Kathmandu for an offensively priced $8 a glass!

Has a nice foamy head, good and thick with solid staying power. Okay yellow colour. Good smell of grains on the nose but also a little too much alchohol. Taste is very smooth but rather bland - a very soft flavour of grain and bread. No alcohol taste though. If you don’t mind the lack of complexity, you could drink lots of these and be very satisfied.

650 ml bottle. Dim golden body with a thin off-white head. Aroma of plastic and straw. Flavor has a sweet harshness, not from hops and some corn flavor. Not a pleasant experience at all, maybe the limited edition is about a bad batch?

Bottled. A light yellow beer with a white head. The aroma is acidic with notes of brewing cereal. While the flavor is a mixture of sweet and sour again with notes of brewing cereal. Thanks to Myrup.
