A hazed golden pils with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, nice biscuit malt with grassy floral hops, light mineral notes, crisp and smooth. In mouth, a nice crisp sweet malt with grassy German hops, metallic notes, alcohol warmth, nice. On tap at Micro Bar.

Big offwhite head. Clear deep yellow body. Resiny tropical fruit and cat’s pee aroma with spicy notes. Dry-sweet tropical fruit and wood taste with spicy grassy notes. Mid-bodied. Mild, soft mouthfeel. Dryish resiny tropical fruit aftertaste with peppery spicy notes. Lingering bitter resiny butter finish. Nice, drinkable, and very fresh. (0.3l draft at Micro Bar, Reykjavik.)

Small white head. Hazy opaque yellow body. Wheaty floral aroma with herbal notes. Sweetish mealy wheaty taste with yoghurt notes. Mid-bodied. Mild, mealy mouthfeel. Dryish fruity floral aftertaste with mealy notes. Notes of strawberry and paper, too. It’s OK, but very boring. Should have used weizen yeast. (0.33l bottle, from Vinbudin Kringlan, Reykjavik.)
