500ml bottle at New Barons. Aggressive, fast rise my carbonation bubbles create a massive, pillowy, white head. Drinkable, not overly inoculated. Barrel gives it some depth. Too big for a Grisette, but an enjoyable enough barrel aged saison. OK.

On tap at New Barons. Exceeded my expectations. Zesty, vibrant, bright, with a lot of hops keeping it juicy. Not as clean and simple as a grisette but not lot of malt depth either. OK.

“Singular,” as that guy from Great Expectations said. Great modern take on a tripel.

Medieval Dutch-style ale. I just love the fact that beers like this are made. Long live such brewers. This tastes kinda like a weird, proto Kolsch.

These guys opened up a few weeks ago. Very unique location, in a warehouse near a bunch of loading docks. Cool place. This is a refreshing ale tho lacking in unlackiness.
