33cl bottle pours with a gold body that has a slight haze and supports a nice white head. The aroma offers up malt sweetened hard orange candy, a sweet earthy lime hard candy and a light floral hop note. Interesting, it is on the light side but the various facets are intriguing. Wow, the flavor is malt sweetened juicy citrus goodness that has a great load of flavor and only a moderate level of hop bitterness. It seems to have a mix of clementine, tangerine and orange with a light degree of malt sweetness and a thin ribbon of slightly roasted malts well off in the background. These flavors go very well together. Yet another great tasting brew from this brewery. Yes!

33cl bottle pours with a bright clear gold body that supports a nice white head of foam. The aroma is nearly bursting with apricot and mango hoppy goodness and then slivers of lemongrass and floral notes. The taste is just as snappy as the nose and for once a bit of extra carbonation, for me, is enhancing the experience as malt sweetened apricot and peach and mango slowing give ground to thin ribbons of floral hops and sugar malt sweetness that creates a faint floral to citrus cotton candy sensation (faint). My first beer from this brewery and they have won my heart already. If the rest of their lineup is close to this then well I’ll need to get more. Good stuff, terrific pale ale.

Hazy blond color with medium sized head. Strong aroma, earthy, manure, pungent. Smooth mouthfeel; clean flavor, with strong bitterness, and strong manure character, a bit grassy; balanced overall, and very thirstquenching. Very fresh too.

Bouteille 33cl courtesy of Tomaz. BB 28-9-2013. Trouble paille-doré, col crémeux épais blanc. Arôme offre des notes de grains/levure fermentés, le tout gardant ce côté concassé entrecoupé de pointes d’herbes coupées. Note rappelant les bourgeons avec un fleuri moyen. Palais est houblonné amer légèrement collant aux lèvres, note douce rappelant presque le miel. Pointe d’ananas, sec léger citronné, note herbacée entre pétale et camomille. Le tout est épais avec pour moi un côté grains dominant qui enlève un peu des caractéristiques de certains houblons. Pas mal de houblons s’entrechoquent ce qui peu aussi amener à moins distinguer certaines propriétés. Reste solide.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a hazy amber with an off-white head. Sweet fruity and caramellish nose. Rich body, heavy on the crystal malts, pleasantly fruity but not quite enough hops to balance the massive sweetness. 260713

Bouteille 33cl, thanks Tomaz. BB 26.02.2014. Dorée, col blanc épais crémeux épais laissant une belle dentelle sur les rebords du verre. Arôme rappelle ce côté vert houblonné avec pas mal d’alpha qui se rapproche du sac de houblons frais avec pas mal de notes très envoûtante d’agrumes. Palais de pin, huileux, frais avec ici encore ce côté très vert des houblons frais. Note citronnelle et pamplemousse, pointe d’épice. Bière intéressante sous tous les angles accompagnée d’une très belle balance des malts et houblons. Le tout reste très désaltérant et mettant bien à profit les houblons.

Slightly hazy pale golden colour, white head. Aroma of tropical fruits, quite some melon, pineapple, fruity. Quite sweet flavour, light bitter, light sour touch, some wheat? Lots of carbo, bitter hoppy finish, malts. Decent brew.

Bottle. Hazy orange with a huge creamy head. Aroma is sweet tropical fruit. Flavour is again tropical fruit on a sharp sweet and long bitter palate.
