bottle from the brewery. Hazy pale golden colour, white head which is very persistant. Lovely hop aroma. Full-bodied, the intensive malty base balances the lovely hop character very well. Delicious!

Hazy gold with a short lived head. Aroma is fruity, apricot and peach. Flavour follows similar lines, fruity leading to a long bittersweet finish.

Znakomite. Pierwszy raz spotkalem sie z piwem single hop z chmielem Citra. Aromatyczne. Brzoskwiniowy aromat goryczkowy. Smak takze owocowo-cytrusowy, lemonkowy. Zero cukru i slodyczy w tym piwie. To fajna cytrusowa bomba chmielna.

750ml bottle. Dark brown colour with huge, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, beige head. Slightly flat herbal and minimally floral hop aroma, a touch of citrus, dark fruity undertones with hints of dark berries, raisin. Taste is moderately sweet dark malty with a touch of toffee and chocolate, floral and minimally fruity overtones, hints of dark berries, raisin. Not that hoppy. As far as I remember the style changed from Black IPA to Imperial/Double IPA - the change is comprehensible, though still questionable; solely concerning taste a categorization is difficult: maybe American Strong Ale or even English Strong Ale would fit as well.

330ml bottle. Filmy golden colour with huge, frothy, fairly lasting, moderately lacing, white head. Piney, herbal and slightly resinous hop aroma. Taste has identical notes, additionally hints of grapefruit, peach, subtle sweetness. Very good balanced and drinkable, intense but in no way agressive hopping. An all-day beer in the sense of neither becoming bored from or used to it, nor is it that outstandingly good that you need a break to come to grips with it.

Bottled. A hazy golden beer with a hazy golden beer with a lazing beige head. The aroma has notes of hops, citrusy fruits, and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, straw, and hops, leading to a dry and bitter finish. Thanks yespr for sharing.
