Pale yellow pour and a frothy fine white head at first. The head do not vanish that fast. Some bubbles in the glass a long time Pleasant and nice apple aroma Quite dry this one. With some carbonation. Makes it a bit fresher Balanced and fine acidity. Lots of apples in the flavor also. Some mild fine citric notes Refreshing and fine cider [Bottle from The Cidery]
