Piękny aromat słodowy. W smaku orzechy, melanoidynowo-ziemiste, karmelowe, w tle ziołowe. Barwa głębokiego złota, piana redukuje się do krążka, znikomy lacing, sporo niepokojących farfocli. Goryczka niska, palono-ziołowa. Świetnie zbalansowane, lekko się pije, alkohol niewyczuwalny, delikatnie rozgrzewające. Wszystko psują te farfocle ale ogólnie świetny koźlak.

Kolor słomkowy, minimalnie zmętniony, piana dość obfita i trwała, biała, drobna. Zapach dość intensywny, przyjemny, lekka zimna wędzonka, dębina, wędzone skórki z cytrusów, odrobina kamfory, mięty, świeżych ziół i kokosa, wszystko bardzo ładnie połączone i zgrane. W smaku dość treściwe jak na styl, przyjemne zimne dębowe wędzenie, zest z cytrusów gdzieś w tle, odrobina świeżych ziół i owocowych drożdżowych posmaków, minimalne nuty szampana, gdzieś daleko w tle czarny kardamon i młody kokos, całość dobrze ułożona. Goryczka spora jak na styl, wyraźnie obecna ale nie dominuje całkowicie, dość długa, zioła, odrobina fenoli i dymu. W ustach lekkie, pijalne, ale dośc okrągłe i alkaliczne. Nasycenie bardzo wysokie.

Draught (Warsaw Beer Festival) - Golden in colour. Pine, orange and grapefruit in the aroma. Pine, malt and some hints of citrus and bubblegum in the taste.

330ml draught at The Warsaw Beer Festival, shared with Finn. Clear straw coloured body, rich lacing from a declining white head. Juicy malts on the nose, inviting. Hop fruity taste of pineapple, orange, and joined by soft malts. Drying close with a bitter bite. Refreshing and nice. (Stadion Warszawa Legia, 19.10.2024).

300ml draught at The Warsaw Beer Festival, shared with Finn. Tiny white head that left great lacing on the glass, hazy golden body. Moderate aromas of pale malts and grassy hops. Similar taste of grass, herbal hops, and cereal malts. Mid-sweet malt-hoppy ending. Decent pilsner version. (Stadion Warszawa Legia, 19.10.2024).
